Soft and relaxing massage therapy, using ayurvedic oil to balance the doshas “Vata, Pitta, Kapha”. Massage starts with a dry warm up massage for a few minutes to the whole body followed by oil massage from the feet upwards. We recommend you to take a shower before the massage so that the oil can remain on your body and fully absorb.
